I stayed at Lakeshore Heights for around 9 days and enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, clean and modern; the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the room overall was very spacious. The staff members were super helpful and accommodating on every occasion I interacted with them. The hotel is in a convenient location with good dining options all around. The complimentary breakfast had good options and good variety. My major complaint was that there was no "Do not disturb" sign that I could put on the door so there were multiple occasions that housekeeping came in to my room while I was in the bathroom. I am not sure whether or not these signs are available in other hotels in Dhaka either but in my opinion they should really be standard everywhere. Every morning they came by asking if I had laundry which didn't seem necessary and was a bit bothersome when I was trying to rest. In hindsight I should have asked reception for a solution to this problem. Despite these issues that I hope they address, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again; overall I found it great value for money.
