The house has been nicely redone and decorated with lots of charming touches. It was clean and the owner provided many things to make the stay feel very comfortable and homey. There was very little that I actually needed for my stay beyond the clothes I needed to wear. My whole family enjoyed our short stay to visit the Henry Ford which was conveniently a quick drive up the road. We also ate at Ford’s Garage, also very close. If you want to visit the museum this location is perfect!

Great location! We spent about an hour trying to get the tv to work. Called the manufacturer of the tv to get a code for the digital antenna to search for channels. Found a very smelly disgusting plastic meat wrapper with metal clip in the garbage disposal. Neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe.

Lovely, welcoming home

This was a very lovely home, in a very convenient location. We were a family group of 7, and were all accommodated very comfortably. The house was recently renovated and very nicely furnished - definitely a warm and welcoming environment. The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked, with a table large enough for all of us to eat and play cards together. There were many nice extra touches, such as a fully stocked tea and coffee station, soft drinks and condiments in the fridge, a basket of treats on the counter, and toiletries in each bathroom. It was especially handy to find a fresh tube in each bathroom, since a couple of our guests had forgotten to pack any! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the towels were nice and fluffy. The host was very responsive to any questions that we asked. We would definitely recommend this lovely home!
