Front desk staff was arrogant and dismissive. Concierge was absolutely no help. We were booked by Windstar. When we asked about transfers they acted like they never heard of Windstar. Checkout was 10:00 so we had to sit in their lobby for 2 hours waiting for transfer. Bell staff and bartenders were great. Breakfast Buffett was good. Room was small but clean and well appointed. Common areas were limited and felt tight for number of rooms.
