"Holiday Inn and Suites gave us the cosy resort feel when we stepped into the front lobby. The reception setup is totally different from the other hotels that we have stayed in so far, we thought we have wrongly walked into a cafe-bar when we first arrived! All of the reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and they went out of the way to answer every questions we may have during our stay. The hotel room was smaller than I expected it to be but it was comfortable and the view from the room was beautiful. The toilet is well designed and I loved the thick and fluffy towels. The hotel is located uphill, about 15 minutes walk to and from the town centre so going out is great but coming back is a little tiring. We had a great 5 days stay and will definitely stay here if visiting Queenstown again."
