"The staff, servers, bartenders, entertainers, everyone was so nice and friendly. The nightly shows were entertaining and fun. There was always enough food and drinks to find and something to do within the resort. The turndown service and housekeeping were great."

"The room and property were very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was great about refiling our fridge with what we wanted each day! The restaurants were great - the staff were very friendly and the food was good. The pool was beautiful but also needed to be cleaned better. There were things floating around in it......hair pieces, empty cups, etc. It looked beautiful but could've been cleaned more frequently/better. Also, it was tough to get a chair under the shade by the pool. There are a limited number that are in the shade so I did have to set my alarm clock for 6am to go claim our chairs each morning."

"The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. Also ed was really hard but I was told they had ordered mattress toppers for them since everyone had complained about that. Overall great hotel for the area and I would stay again. Also, breakfast was the bomb, I must say I enjoyed the local breakfast every morning."
