4/5 Good

"Our room was very clean and the staff was nice. They only clean every 3 days since its an eco friendly hotel and we were ok with that. We did ask for extra pillows and were told no, but then we asked another staff member the next day and he brought us some. Also, we upgraded the room 2 weeks before our trip and when we arrived it was unavailable and we were not offered a refund. Expedia ended up giving us a credit for this. Also, we booked a room with a balcony and an eiffel tower room which was beautuful, but its near a busy intersection so you do hear horns honking all night. We slept with ear plugs. Overall it was a nice stay."

"We LOVED this hotel! Super convenient for Celine Dion concert. Staff was phenomenal, great food, drinks. I got sick and they quickly called me a uber and sent me to the closest hospital. Thankfully nothing bad but I will always be grateful fir the way they helped me."

5/5 Excellent

"Great experience overall. Daniel and Farid were fantastic - very welcoming. The hotel is really nice and it was great having a pool, jacuzzi and sauna- bonus! The area is nice too, lots of convenience stores including an Aldi. Easy access to Paris to enjoy the sights. Highly recommended. I will definitely visit and share another pizza and coke 😊"
