"Good selection Breakfast. Need more cereal options.eg oates. Muesli.
Air conditioning unit was over headboard, which leaked and made noise even when switched off.
Table football broken.
Food was mediocre.
Beds need to be upgraded. Too soft and uneven.
No provision for early guest check out to have breakfast takeaway box.
Staff need further training and development.
Although some curtious, quite often we felt we were an inconvenience.
Eg, uncollected laundry had to be dropped and collected ourselves.
Little or no smiles and eye contact given.
