"Since we entered the room , the lights and the AC was turned off . After we switched it on , everything went off after one hour ! And every time we switched it on , after some while it goes off again suddenly with no reason !
We called the front desk and complained , but they did nothing , then we went personaly to the front desk to complain , and asked them to change our room , but they didn’t response ..
We couldn’t sleep all night because of that , AC was going off every one hour , and when we checked out we blamed them for ignoring our complain and not changing our room , but they didn’t seem to be sorry !
Our room No. Was 607 , on 11 Feb 2026 .
There was electric problems in this room , but they didn’t admit ."
