Great Location

The location is perfect within close proximity of the pool and beach, and we watched sunsets over the pond every night and walked our stroller on the path each morning. Also, the owner was super helpful in working with us to shift our dates last minute due to an unexpected event in the family.

Family vacation 2024 Destin

We absolutely love the house. Great location there in Destin. The 7 minute walk to the beach is truly a nice 7 minute walk. We all loved it. The balconies were wonderful!!! Very spacious for our family of five couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Clean, well-stocked, close to the beach and all main attractions, hassle free parking….Awnna, the host, is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Book it! You won't regret it!

Perfect get-away

Great spot!

Stayed here for a bday weekend with my wife and two friends. Very close to the ocean, responsive host, cool fire thing to sit around at night. Def recommend staying!

Awesome! 5+ stars

Everything was fantastic about our stay in Destin. The location of the rental was perfect- on a lake and less than a 5 min walk to the beach (including public restrooms) and the Crab Trap Restaurant. The back deck with a gas fire pit was a wonderful place to unwind and watch the turtles and various water birds. The property was spotless and fully equipped with beach and household supplies. Communication with Awnna was immediate and she was super helpful. We would definitely consider renting this unit again if we come back this way.

Would 100 percent stay again

Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. And it smelled so clean when we walked in. Super close to the beach. Our kiddos enjoyed watching the turtles off the huge back deck. Very great location. Super quiet and relaxing. The owner answered very quickly to any concerns. Which their weren’t any 🙂

Good experience

We had a blast. Great location. We didn’t have any complaints. Loveseat and dishwasher wasn’t working right, but owner had help there quickly. Overall a great place and a amazing experience. Would recommend

Fun family stay

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Walking to the beach and then the pool. Kids loved seeing and feeding the turtles in the pond the condo over looks. Communication with owners with questions was very quick response. Very happy with stay!!

Fabulous place!

My husband and 3 kids enjoyed our time. Place was clean, quiet, and conveniently located! The porch in the back was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee in front of a gorgeous view. Will be back!

Perfect Family experience

House is clean, well maintained, and a beautiful setting for a family getaway! Only a 4 min walk to our favorite spot on Destin beach. Which is great bc we normally have to wait for parking if don't get to the beach early enough. Communication was prompt all along the way. I will definitely stay again!

Wedding & Family Time

Great location, short walk to Jame Lee Beach or the Crab Trap. Came for a wedding stayed for some extra family time. The property was perfect for our family of four (two pre-teen boys). The deck overlooking the small lake was relaxing and so cool to watch the turtles. Communication with the owners was seamless and easy. If you're okay with not having ocean view and not on the beach, but want to be close I highly recommend.
