East 1506 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fifteenth floor, East 1506 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of March 12th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, double ovens, farm-style sink, Moen spring faucet, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. For added convenience this condo offers secure WIFI.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, 65-inch wall mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features Kohler white porcelain sinks, Moen modern 90 Degree faucets and matching towel bars, a comfort height toilet, a large bathtub, tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. It has a private bathroom with a Kohler white porcelain sink, Moen 90 Degree faucets and shower set-up, matching 90 Degree towel bars, and a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both this guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with 90 Degree faucets, shower trim, towel bars, and a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench.
