Large 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking the pools and ocean from the 8th Floor. Extra balcony space to take it all in. All the amenities of home and then some. Make yourself at home - away from home.

Partially renovated large two-bedroom suite with full kitchen, new stone tile shower, new plank floors, granite countertops, new TV's, new paint, ceiling fans, and new gel memory foam beds make this place a home away from home for us, and hopefully, you as well.

Aside from an owners closet - you have the entire place, and the gym, garage parking, and more.

We are offsite owners, but always available to help by phone and message

The Palms of Destin is a combination of two highrise buildings and a single level building with villas. In total, there are just over 400 units. This building is located directly across Highway 98 to the beach.

Public transportation is nearby. Car Rental next door as well.

Oh! And while we do say no parties or events - This is a beautiful resort and conference center that would make a great place for a wedding, family reunion, conference, seminar, etc. We would be happy to help accommodate you for responsible cordial events.

If bringing children please note that you must supervise them in the pool area. This is a wonderful and beautiful place for families to come - Always just think safety first.

Additionally if you have small children under 2 years or infants - of course they are welcome too, however, we do not provide bedding or safety considerations for them such as outlet covers, cribs, changing tables, etc. Such items are left in your responsibility.

A nice condo, although it is a little tired and needs an update. Stains on chairs and carpet, sliding doors need maintenance. Good location, a 10 minute walk to beach. Very noisy (I-98, airport, AFB). Bear in mind, owner takes a huge damage deposit (e.g. $3,000 for 3 nights) and doesn't repay promptly.

Our stay was amazing and this slice of heaven is so beautiful. The pictures don't give this condo justice. I would recommend it without question. The only thing that could have been better was the cleaning crew left behind articles of clothing in one of the bathrooms, but that was an easy fix.
