I have been coming to Sand Piper Cove since 1994 and this property has never been a disappointment for my family I have carried my children there and now blessed to be able to carry my grand children it's the only place to stay for a wonderful family experience so thank you for sharing your property with us

Other than the wifi password not working, no complaints. This is an amazing location, waking up to oceanfront views. It was simple steps away and you were on the beach.

8 days of beach paradise

Check in was simple and the people were helpful and friendly. When we got to the condo it looked cleaned but had sandy floors so we swept before unloading but that is expected at the beach. They actually have a king size bed in one the rooms and not 2 queens. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet. Extra towels under the bathroom sinks. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo stayed cool the entire time. The views from the back balcony were amazing you could see a long ways. There were plenty of outside seating. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from there. It was nice falling asleep to the sound of waves. There were plenty of room for our family of 6. It was an easy access to the beach and to the restaurant. We will definitely be back to rent this condo!

Great location and overall booking process, and rental team great communication. However, the condo was not as clean as I would expect considering the change in cleaning process and increased fees for covid cleaning. The shower liners were molded and the shower curtains were not clean, along with general surfaces.

Family Beach House Vacation

This listing was perfect for our last minute beach vacation to Destin. You can't get any closer to the beach. Both bedrooms faced the ocean and we could hear the ocean all night with or without the doors or windows open. There were four of us this time, but the condo could have easily slept 6 with 2 full bathrooms. We will be returning!
