Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex! Voted the #2 best beach in Florida! by southern Living Magazine. Not surprisingly, the water is an awesome blue green color that the gulf is famous for. My condo, 'BABS BEACH' Condo, is a premium condo on the 18th floor. What a fabulous view!. Tile floors throughout. you can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. At night, look left and see the colored lights of the city of Destin. This condo has the best views in Destin.
AND OF COURSE......WIFI!!
Two bedrooms, both with private baths. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has a tub/shower. Guest bedroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Master bedroom has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! the pull out couch has a queen mattress. All the comforts of home!

Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 18th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security ...no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

The condo was very clean and a nice place to stay. Our family weekend getaway was great. The whole condo complex was great. The security to acces the the grounds was good and well ran. The beds were firm, I didn't mind, but my wife did not. Its a matter or preference. The kitchen was up to date with everything you need and very clean.The washer and dryer could be updated, but other than that, we would definitly stay here again. The host communcated well with any questions that I had.

Overall my stay was great. Close to the beach and pool. The one thing I did not like was the obstructed view of the gulf. I paid a lot of money for the condo and I don't like the idea that I have to pay for a chair while I am at the beach to be able to enjoy the gulf view.All in all I had a great trip.

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did not like that you could still hear all the street traffic with the patio doors open. Overall a beautiful place to stay. Eady access to the beach, heated pool and hot tub. Also just a short drive to harbor walk.

This unit was exactly as advertised. It did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again! The views from the front door and the balcony were both amazing. From the balcony you can see the sunrise and the front door you can see the sunset. Let’s not forget the tiki bar because we made lots of trips to it for great beach day food and frozen drinks!

Beautiful condo w spectacular ocean views. Gave 3 for check in process only bc 2 elevators were working but that was cleared up during the week. You should probably plan to rent chairs and umbrellas as those are much closer to the water than where you’re allowed to set up camp if you bring your own. Destin is fabulous

It was a stormy weekend but we enjoyed the condo which had a view that allowed us to watch the storms roll in. The resort was lovely and I highly recommend it. This condo would have been tight if you had 6. It was just perfect for my adult son and myself.

Great Short Vacation

Needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament and we love staying on the beach. The condo was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the soccer tournament was canceled, but we were still able to make a great short vacation out of it. Would choose this condo again if we get the opportunity.
