This is a great property. The condo was large, quiet, very clean, close to shopping and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic weekend! Awesome location near the beach and other ammenities. Accommodations were clean and spacious.

Spring break

We had a great time in Destin. The property was nice, clean and comfortable. It was close to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Time!

The condo was clean and modern. The pool was anmazing and beach access was easy and beautiful. We’ll definitely stay here on another fantastic family beach vacation.

Very nice and clean condominium

The condo and beach were great. The beach was crystal clear water while only 10 miles down the road it was full of algae. I’d choose this place over and over again.

Beautiful Destin-great condo

This property was perfect for my family. Very comfortable space. We had 7 people, some rainy weather, and did not feel we were on top of each other. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. It was great to have the options of a large unheated pool, a smaller heated pool, and fabulous beach just steps away.

Nice resort and location!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice enough. Pool was very good! Location good! Kitchen was not stocked well for cooking. No can opener of any kind. No pot holders, No dish clothes. No descent knives for cutting had to go buy a couple. All appliances worked well except for sliq cooker. Cooked 8 hours and still wasnt done on hi gh setting. Needs new crock pot. Plenty of bath towels...GREAT!!!. Broom was pitiful and peeling on handle...cut my thumb. Needs new snd micer broom.Does not provide chair and umbrella, other units do.

Nice Condo *rowdy and loud pool

Condo was renovated and nice. TV in master did not work (maybe the remote) but we had wifi so it didn’t bother us too bad. The property was nice but the pool got rowdy at dark and there is no security on site to tame it down. We were forced to retreat (w our 8 yr old) to avoid the bad language. We also had a very loud family in the unit above is but that is obviously out of this unit owners control. While this condo was nice, I don’t think it will be an option for us in the future. More suited for teenagers and young adults in my opinion.

Summer Vacay

After staying at Sterling Shores for years, I was a little disappointed. This room was dirty and needed a good deep cleaning. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable. Also had problems with appliances which always adds stress. We did report but maintenance was unable to repair before our departure. Neighbors were loud and moving furniture at all times it seems. Curtains were torn loose from the runners on patio curtains upon arrival. Bathtub was full of remnants of the previous renter. Good qualities were lots of space, kitchen stocked well, decor was pretty, massive living room pullouts that offered many sleeping options and checking in was a breeze. And I learned that when going to the beach, in the future I will always splurge for the view, as being on the second floor felt like a letdown of previous years.

Great resort & great condo. We loved the space & how nice the room was. Very clean & when I messaged for need for armbands we had an immediate response. Resort was clean & had everything we need. Short walk down to the beach, with a great pool area as well! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Bed bugs

We were unable to use one of the bedrooms due to bugs, and when we realized it was bed bugs we had to lose an entire day relocating to another property. The only save was we were given an extra day for free. We should’ve received some sort of a refund, a percentage or something considering that we had to have 3 of our party sleep in the floor or double up since we couldn’t use one of the rooms we paid for. The small amount of refund they gave was a joke and nothing in comparison to what we had to go through.

Another Great stay at Sterling Shores!

We really enjoyed this condo at our favorite place to stay. Really cute decor and design. Sterling Shores is our favorite home away from home.
