Quality of Cleanliness does not match the cost of

The property and view are absolutely beautiful. However, it didn’t appear to be well maintained. One bathroom was completely missing a vent. A repair person came to replace it and it was installed haphazardly. It didn’t appear that basic dusting or wiping of stains on walls baseboards had been done in sometime, but the kicker was the sand between the sheets on the master bed.
