This 5 bedroom, 4 bath Mediterranean-inspired, lockout condo provides arrangements for up to 14. The first living room produces a large wraparound couch and marvelous view of the fully-furnished balcony that oversees the unique white sugar sands and emerald waters. The living room also provides a six seat dining room table, four individual bar stools, and opens up into a spacious kitchen with stained cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an under mount sink. The second living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs and looks out to the fully-furnished balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. This living area also provides a six seat dining table and three separate bar stools, which opens up into a sizable kitchen with an under mount sink, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and beautifully dark stained cabinets.
The first Master bedroom has a splendid view of the balcony and the beautiful waters with both the window and door leading outside. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with granite counters, walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The second Master bedroom provides an excellent view through window and door of the balcony. This room provides a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with granite counters, a walk in shower with double heads and bench seat and whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with ample room. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Each living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
