Located just a short walk from the beach & Destin Commons, this newly renovated home provides you with amenities to make your stay in Destin enjoyable! Delight in a cup of coffee on the front porch or upper-level deck. Relax in the pool or enjoy an outdoor shower after a day on the white sand beaches. Cook your favorite meals at home or experience the bars & restaurants. Bike rentals are available to explore the neighborhood. A washer, dryer, TV, Roku & wi-fi access are provided for comfort.

The space:

-Dining room with table and chairs that seats six with an additional 4 seats in the kitchen.
-Full laundry room on the first floor just off the kitchen.
-Living room w/ Flat screen TV and Roku login availability
-Beautiful large deck surrounding pool with seating to lounge.
-White picket fence surrounding property to ensure privacy during your stay.

The hidden rules:
We want you to have as much fun on vacation as possible but do not put our rental permit at risk by having parties or inviting more guest than expected for the stay. This will result in getting prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Maximum occupancy is 12 . Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $300. You will be asked to leave the property if a violation occurs. Quite time is 10pm-8am.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250. You will also be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

The Pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The host are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

Pets are not permitted on the property. If a pet of any kind is caught being sneaked on the property you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle could result in a $150 fine.

If you would like the pool to be heated to a certain temperature, there will be an additional fee for the week of $100.

No Refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond out control.

No late check-out or early check-in. Unfortunately we are on a tight schedule with the cleaning company and have to stick with their schedule. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
