Excellent Place to Vacation

We stay in Destin 3-4 times a year. This was the best place we have ever stayed at in the 10 years we have been back. Lots of parking and the house is huge. We were in town for a family funeral and had people over and the house/property easily accommodated them. It’s in a great area close to the beach, gas station, grocery store and shopping. All the amenities were well thought out. You won’t be disappointed booking here. The owners are very nice and responsive as well.

WE LOVE IT

We got this property for our family vacation, the house is big, plenty of space for a large family. The heated pool was wonderful, and the hot tub was a plus. We really enjoy being there, and for sure, we will come back.

Feels Like Paradise

Arrived at a beautiful property with plenty of parking. We had 10 adults and 3 children. Big rooms and very clean. The pool/hot tub area has outdoor eating and fire pit. We had a great time and did not want to leave. If you are looking, this is the property. Pictures are exactly what it looks like. You will not be disapointed. The hosts, Matthew and Sarah quickly responded to anything we needed. It was a great familly reunion!

The residence was exactly as advertised. The location can’t be beat, but do your self a favor and rent a golf cart. Turns out we were there on the hottest week of the year. Gulf was very refreshing. Matt was very responsive. Will stay again.

Great Family Memories!

Cannot say enough about our experience with this property. House was clean. Pool (we heated mid April and were so glad we did) was larger than expected for our group of 13, beach within walking/biking/golf cart distance. Backyard was such a secluded space perfect for lazy afternoons, BBQ dinners and fire pit at night! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve plus plenty of storage space for food! (There was absolutely no food/spices etc there so bring everything you need) My parents (70’s) enjoyed the space above the garage, a bit quieter for them! The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and responded in a timely fashion! We also loved that the golf cart and bicycles were there and ready when we arrived! Hands down if we travel to Destin in the future would stay in this house again!

Great location and house

We had a great 7 days in this rental. The location was great and only a couple blocks from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the group of 14 we had. If you go when it's cooler definitely have the pool heated, it was awesome!! Also rent a golf cart. It was fun going around looking at houses, going to dinner, drinks and to the beach!! Over all this is a great property and we can't wait to coke back one day!! The owners were great! Anything we needed they accommodated and responded quickly.

Best experience yet with VRBO

Over Thanksgiving, my family of 10 (ages 80 years old to 9 months) spend the whole week at this incredible house!!! While feeling cozy and intimate, the physical size of the house was incredible and allowed for all of us to have our own private retreat. I've had stayed at well over 50 VRBO's and this one takes the cake. The rooms were all huge, the washer/dryer top of the line and the kitchen OVER stocked with beautiful dishes and plenty of pots and pans. It easily accommodated the preparation and cooking of our families Thanksgiving feast EASILY!! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and we certainly put the golf cart to good use. Above all else, Matthew and his wife had impeccable communication. No matter the time of day, I received a response to all inquiries and questions within minutes. Hands down, will absolutely rent here again. Many memories were made in this beautiful rental over Thanksgiving and we all look forward to making many more in the coming years.

2021 Family Vacation

We arrived early at our property and were offered an early check in which was very helpful. We experienced some minor issues at check in but the property owners were all over it and had everything corrected without interruption to our trip. The property was as listed - plenty of space for 12 (could have more). We had ages from 2 - 70. Pool is excellent size for the area and the location in the back of the subdivision is very convenient and quiet. Plenty of parking at the home. For the beaches, we would recommend renting the golf cart as it was very helpful with parking at the beach access (Crystal was more available than Shirah) and to local eateries. Grocery shopping and stores are all convenient to this location.

Seas The Moment- Destin 2021

The property was great. The owner Matthew was very good to work with. Any issue that came up he got it taken care of very quickly. Like the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink wasn’t working, we contacted him and in less than 10 minutes a gentleman showed up and fixed it in 15-20 minutes. Same with a pool related issue, he had the pool tech out ASAP and got the situation fixed pronto. Only slight negative, maybe time for a fresh paint job in the house.

Perfect All Around

I’ve stayed at several properties over the past 8 years but this one tops them all! Clean, beautiful, perfect location, everything me and my family needed to have the best trip. Great Week

We ended up in Destin (Crystal Beach) due to hurricane Delta closing AL beaches. We were able to book quickly and manager threw in free golf cart for the week which we all enjoyed. The house is wonderful and large with detached apartment for 5th bed room. Pool good size and we used the hot tub (fee) which was great this time of year. Manager very responsive to a couple of needs and also provided good recommendations on pizza and sea food market. Only thing ot keep in mind was the beaches in Crystal Beach are privately owned so limited public beach area near by but using cart going 1 mile to county park or to Henderson SP (1.5 miles) gives you room to set up and enjoy. We had a great family outing saved by this property being availablbe.
