SPC 3104 - Pet Friendly 2 BR - sleeps 4

A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

When requesting to book you are agreeing to fill out the guest portal questions you will receive from our 3rd party partner, Autohost via Email. This will require you to provide an occupancy and ages of all guests staying, uploading your ID/Driver's License, upload a selfie, and agree to our terms and conditions. Refusal to complete this required step, will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Condo includes FREE beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) for the 2024 rental season which will end on October 31, 2024.


Relax on your balcony and enjoy your stay in 3104 has a large flat panel HDTV with DVD/Blu ray combo in the living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD and the guest room has two twins, TV and DVD. PET FRIENDLY. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Dog Friendly up to 80lbs. Additional $100 fee (plus tax) required, shot records required, and on-site charges a $10 pet fee.

The unit was clean, and had all the items listed available for use. The water view in the back had the most turtles we’ve seen in our life, plus a blue heron and green heron!The golf course on site was a nice activity for us to try out in between pool and beach visits.There were a few things that come up along our stay and the owner was very responsive. They had a staff person available to take care of issues (WiFi, and plumbing) while we were off enjoying the sunshine.

I love Destin and enjoyed my stay at Sand Piper Cove. Check in was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few small things that need to be repaired or updated. My overall experience was great and I am sure I will return again.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was great, just a short walk to the sand and close to restaurants.The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed the balcony and seeing the turtles. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others!
