Christmas vacation

Our family celebrated Christmas in Destin this year and it was truly amazing. The condo was just as the pictures presented. Lots of room for all 10 family members and the kitchen had all new appliances that were wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful!

We take an annual Thanksgiving beach trip with 9 of our family members and this year far exceeded the others. The condo was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could ask for. We made a large Thanksgiving dinner and did not have to purchase any extra tools for the kitchen. The oven had 3 large racks and the microwave was also a convection oven. Five Star was very attentive! I filled out a survey the second day we were there saying how much we loved the condo and I made reference that the Keurig was brewing a little slow with the intention of having it looked at after our stay for the next guests. Within 2 hours a Five Star representative brought a brand new Keurig to the unit and set it up. Absolutely impeccable service!! The furnishings in the condo and on the balcony are updated and very beautiful and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Parking was easy with a covered parking garage and 2 spaces for unit 101. There is a beach closet in the garage that had 2 beach chairs and boogey boards. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again and experiencing another luxurious week!!

The house was amazing! My entire family of 5 loved the rooms, space, setup, view and everything

Everything was perfect! Location in area was perfectly to get to everything we needed within 10 mins or less. The beachfront view was amazing and great to wake up and go to sleep too! We even had breakfast in the morning. We had one issue with the internet and they fixed within 1 hour. Quick response time and ensure everything was great for us!! Will return for another vacay here 😊

The condo was amazing! Perfect for our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old. So impressed with kitchen and the fact it had everything. We ate in every night and had everything we needed! Beach was clean and plenty of room. No complaints at all!

It was a wonderful condo and we felt like we were on the beach sitting on the covered patio. Wonder place that was clean and beautifully decorated. So much room!!!!!! Even an extra eating area or gaming area. The only thing that was not perfect was the door to the elevators downstairs from the parking lot was not cooperative at times with the code. This was very frustrating when it decided to be troublesome. We reported this.

Everything was wonderful. I did want you to know that the washer did leak water on the floor. Not a lot but some. The drain on the sink in the master bathroom did not open. Christmas Family Trip

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. It had EVERYTHING you could need or want for cooking meals. We have used Vrbo many times in the past and this property, by far, had the most stocked kitchen we’ve seen. The location was perfect and being able to see and hear the gulf was definitely a plus. The condo was very clean and the layout used every inch of space very efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

A great holiday getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect with stunning ocean views and easy access to the powder white sand beach. (and the sunsets are magical from the balcony). One happy surprise for our group was the high quality of the cookware and the well stocked cabinets of dishes and glassware. We prepared all of our meals in that kitchen, so the better quality was appreciated. We also took advantage of the grills several times during our stay, which was also very convenient. The furniture and bedding was all very comfortable, especially the outdoor furniture. We look forward to future visits to this rental.

Great Location - perfect view of the ocean for sunrise and sunset

Loved the property - huge great room where we all hung out. I wish they had a few more supplies in the house however. Also, I expected someone to meet us upon arrival so we could ask questions about the house, the area for sightseeing. We wondered if an in person meeting was due to Covid or was this normal. Great location on the prettiest beach.

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful property and very well appointed. Plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out and space for us to enjoy meals in together! Only one umbrella and two chairs per unit but the beach service is friendly and more umbrellas can be rented and set up together. We will definitely return!

The BEST CONDO EVER!

This was the prettiest and cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been coming to Destin for 25 years. We had plenty of room and everyone having there own bath was amazing. Again the condo was perfect. Perfection in the cleaning department. We totally LOVED OUR VACATION!

101 at the Beach

We have stayed at this property before, but never in this particular unit. It was exceptionally clean with a nicely furnished kitchen and pretty, but comfortable decor. We loved the balcony sitting area. Great week for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of space to gather AND to spread out.
