The couch folds out to a Queen bed to sleep your guests. The master bedroom has a King bed. A boat slip can also be rented for an additional fee. The condo is nestled in a 24hr gated community with 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, grills, an award winning restaurant, a chip-n-putt golf course complimentary to our guests, and with just a five minute walk to the beach (or complimentary beach-front parking), this is perfect for anyone who wants fun in the sun with money left to burn!
