We were disappointed when we found out when we got there, that the beach was closed, when that is the main reason we book a place on the beach. It was not the owners fault it was closed, and were very accommodating to let us do a late check out so we could at least have a few hours at the beach once it opened. Also responded to us very quickly. Such a great location, beach and pool area.

This place is older but very clean. Could have given 5 star except for the massive construction being done on the building. New stairs being built in whole complex. Very loud. March 2026 stay. Good news was that it lasted from 9:30 am till 6 and they did not work on the weekend. It would have been nice if we were informed about the construction before we booked. Pool and close proximity to the beach fabulous. Great sunsets. Great area.

We were emailed at 9:34pm that our reservation was canceled.

We were in our vehicle, heading to Florida from San Antonio, Texas. The wife happened to look at her emails to see that the host canceled our booking due to A/C issues. No other room or accommodations were offered. There were no other condos in the whole area available either! Who emails a problem at 9:30 at night!!

Cabin was ok. Major issue we had and the reason we will never stay again were the two teenage boys in the owners home-they were alone as we never saw the parents-bothering our teenage daughters with inappropriate Snapchat names and coming on the back porch smoking.
