This furnished home is ready to host you, your family and friends! This home is located in the secluded area Holiday at Destin Pointe. All the amenities you need without the crowds.
Punta VistaMare is in a private gated community and just a short stroll to the private beach. The home has four bedrooms, two living areas and it's own pool and hot tub! Feel like socializing and meeting new friends then enjoy the two large pools in Destin Pointe or join in on a basketball of tennis match both on site. There are bathrooms and showers just off the beach for you use as well. This home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.
What's provided: All kitchen wares, all bedding, soap and shampoo, everything you need just like home! Come relax and unwind at Punta VistaMare.
The sleeping arrangements are follows.
Upper Level:
1.- Master bedroom has a king bed.
2.- Bunk bed room has two sets of twin beds.
Lower Level:
3.- A king bedrooms or two extra long twins ( please notify us prior to arrivals as to how you would like that room set up)
4.- A queen bedroom
5.- A pullout queen sofa bed in the lower family room
6.- The pool and jacuzzi ( Same water-90 degrees Fahrenheit ) can be heated upon request during the winter season. The fee is $55 per day.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
