IR 308 is a 3 BR Gulf front

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, a wall mounted flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The beautiful Master Bathroom has a separate vanity area and sink, an additional sink included with shower.

The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed and a wall mounted flat screen HDTV.

The second Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a flat screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

The condo sleeps a total of eight guests in supreme comfort.
