The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just a few steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry closet is also located in the guest bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer.

Perfect stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beautiful condo, excellent view, parking spot in the parking garage is in the perfect location. We appreciated everything about the property, heated pool, tiki bar right off the beach, umbrella/beach chair service, quick elevators, the condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. We hope to book this property again in the fall!

Awesome Vacation

The check in process was really easy. The resort was located right on the beach. The condo was nicer than the pictures. Suite 1402 is located close to the elevator and we never had to wait for more than 2 minutes for the elevator. The property was very secure. The bedrooms were clean and very nice. The unit was equipped with everything you need to live away from home for a few days. You are a short drive or walk to anything you need from Walmart to restaurants. I would definitely book again.

The property is great for kids! The view from our unit was very good. Overall check in and check out was great. All workers encountered were very friendly. The unit was a little dated and needed some tlc. The screen doors to patio were not easy to open. The refrigerator was loud and obnoxious . The sink was still stained from previous reviews.

The condo had everything we needed for the week. We were impressed with the cleanliness and it was tastefully decorated, has newer flooring/carpet. The pool was very nice, plenty of space and chairs available each day. It's nice having the beach bar accessible. We utilized the fitness facilities as well, they are well equiped. We also enjoyed a night dining at Ruth Chris' Steakhouse during our stay. Very conveniently located to all necessary stores/activities. Overall we loved SS unit 1402.

Outstanding property with perfect amenities and just lovely condo unit!

The only suggestion I would make to ownership is to fix/replace ceiling fan in master bedroom. We couldn't use because it rattled VERY loudly when on. Would also suggest changing out kitchen sink as it is rather stained/scratched and adding a few more supplies like large coffee mugs & Tupperware containers. However it certainly doesn't hamper a very enjoyable stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us! Would love to come back!!!

Beautiful Condo and Resort!

Our family stayed at this beautiful unit the last week of June 2016. I was a little hesitant to book this condo since there were no reviews on vrbo and the fact that it was rented through Compass Resorts (haven't used them before). I have to say, everything went so smoothly and the condo was even better in person. You cannot get into the condo until 4:00 but we stopped by the Compass Resorts office (just a couple miles down 98 towards Miramar) early Sat. morning and they gave us the pool passes (rubber bracelets) and key cards we needed to proceed to the resort and start enjoying the ammenities until the key code to the room would work at 4:00. My family loved the lagoon pool, which was never too crowded. The Sandbar pool bar was very convenient when you needed something for lunch or a drink, but it was a little pricey, as expected. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella is not included so if you'd like to purchase those for the week, it's approx. $250/wk. You can bring your own beach chairs but no personal tents or umbrellas are allowed on the Silver Shells part of the beach. We had a reserved parking spot in the covered garage that was located very close to the elevators. The elevators were very fast, as we never had to wait more than 20 sec. for one to come. The unit was in good shape and what isn't pictured in these photos is a very large walk in closet in the master bedroom. I loved the flooring in this unit and all of the decor. The views from this unit are absolutely amazing! The only con for us was that the airport is very closeby and this resort is directly in their flight path. Many airplanes flew directly overhead multiple times a day and it could get a little noisy. By the end of the week we were used to it, but just something to think about. Otherwise the location was great and close to all the best restaurants and stores. Walmart is right across the street for groceries. I would highly recommend this property and we had a very happy experience with Compass Resorts- no problems whatsoever!
