Nestled in the prestigious gated community of Destiny West, guests at Sunce of Destiny can enjoy access to a community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Sunce of Destiny is the perfect destination for your next vacation. The home features tile floors and an open floor plan, providing plenty of space for groups. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious main living area that includes a cozy fireplace, ample seating, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen and dining areas are conveniently located adjacent to the living area, making entertaining easy. A Florida room leads out to the screened-in back deck, where guests can savor the wonderful weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Additionally, there are two formal dining tables: one that seats six and another that seats four. With these dining options, Sunce of Destiny is the ideal choice for a large family gathering.

The master suite is designed for relaxation and comfort. It features a king-sized bed, a desk area, a flatscreen TV, access to the screened-in back deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is complete with a dual-sink vanity, a standalone bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
