The condo was just as described. Very clean and a great beach view.We splurged on the price because of the private beach during spring break. Unfortunately it isn’t enforced. Large groups of teenagers walking up the beach and settling by the reserved chairs. Also, make sure you can go up and down 4 flights of stairs. The elevator wasn’t dependable the week we stayed. Otherwise it would have been a perfect vacation

We loved our stay! Our host was so helpful before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and the view was incredible. The elevator makes the 4th floor a breeze with luggage, groceries, and anything else. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again.

The condo was awesome! It was very well stocked, extremely comfortable and spotless. Literally steps from the Gulf with gorgeous views. The included beach service was also superb, being a very simple process every morning. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and will definitely be back. P.S. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and very timely in answering messages.

Quick beach trip

My wife and I booked last minute for a 3 night stay. The owners have done a fantasic job of updating this unit. It was very nice and had everything you needed. They even include the beach service umbrella and chairs. Only 5 minutes or less from the 4th floor to your chair on the beach! Refreshing to stay at a low rise that is not sitting on a very crowded beach like so many of the high rise condos are. Will definitely go back. The only downside, which is not in the owner's control, was that the single elevator was out of order while we were checking out. Other than that, it was perfect!

Memorable Anniversary Getaway

Our first trip to Destin did not disappoint! For a beachfront condo, it was exceptionally clean. We loved waking up to the view of the emerald coast with the already-positioned beach chairs and umbrellas begging for us to come down. The location of the condo sits conveniently along Scenic Hwy 98. My wife and I cruised up and down the coast in our street legal, golf cart finding excellent dining and shopping options. Lisa was awesome at responding to any questions or concerns I had about our stay.We stayed Monday night through Friday morning. We loved the set-up of the private patio and enjoying breakfast next to the ocean. Unfortunately, we had guests that began smoking weed on the patio below us. It was disappointing that we could not enjoy breakfast on the patio or a quiet evening during our entire stay due to the overwhelming stench. I did let Lisa know as I was a bit concerned about the condo smelling like pot.I'm sure every condo complex can have its drawbacks, but we will always cherish the memories we made at the Cabana Club.

Outstanding condo on the beach!

This beautiful 1-bedroom condo was spacious and in excellent condition, with an amazing view of the gulf. Lisa communicated in an effective and efficient manner, and check-in and check-out were both flawless. Everything we needed was provided, and we were especially appreciative of the complementary use of an umbrella and two beach chairs throughout our stay.

Our stay at this location was awesome!! Unit and facility were as advertised and just the right space for the two of us. Kitchen was stocked with high end dishes and flatware as well as all other kitchen needs. Access to the amazing beach front was easy!! Lisa and Nick were helpful and easy to work with.
