House really needs some updates and the washer didnt work as well as it should have. But it was a very pleasnt stay. The fenced in back yard was amazing for our dog.

House needs a lot of maintenance, and it wasn’t as clean as we would expect. Many amenities were not working during our stay which caused some added expense and issues. Balcony off the master bedroom is very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.Location was great, especially with golf cart option. It was nice to have the private pool for days we didn’t want to deal with the beach crowd and the property was pet friendly which was a plus!

Perfect house for families

This beach house was just perfect for our family. We had plenty of room with a private pool and club cart. Just two blocks off the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay off hustle & bustle

Our 1st time staying Destin. Family trip with kids & grandkids. 16 of us and plenty of room.. Fully equipped kitchen. We thought the pool looked a lil small in pics however it was perfect size n kids wore it out lol.. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The highchair is a small plastic portable but it worked for few days we were there. Would recommend and had a fabulous time…Owners were helpful n quick response tine

Great Beach Location with Comfortable Stay

We had a lovely stay at this cozy home! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The house itself was comfortable and had all the basics we needed for our trip. While the home could benefit from a little TLC here and there, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The owner was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Disappointing

For the amount per night we spent on this place for our family vacation we were overcome with regret. Once we arrived we quickly realized the state of the house was not what was portrayed in pictures or in reviews. The home is unkept and falling apart with poor construction bandaids; wall and grout patchwork, cabinet doors falling of hinges, tiles coming off the floor, worn out mattresses that are beyond uncomfortable, I wouldn’t even call what was on the bunk beds mattresses, broken shower doors, bedroom lights turn on by themselves in the middle of the night, the showers had hot water but the bathtub in the master did not with some other persons hair by the knobs. The arcade game was broken so the kids couldn’t use it, cornhole boards were missing (the owners did quickly bring new ones over) but I specifically asked if they were there before arriving, ping pong table with broken leg, propane tanks for grill were all empty so we couldn’t use it, ice maker doesn’t make ice in kitchen, dishwasher had terrible odor, and rogue wires coming out of the pool light, etc. The golf cart made getting around convenient but honestly, if you advertise the golf cart with the house then it should just come with the house, not additional cost after a 6000 house price tag for a 4-night stay. If this place got the love and attention it needs it would be a beautiful stay. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced.

Great location

We enjoyed the Crystal Beach area a lot and the location of the house allowed us to walk to many things including the beach which is 5 minutes away! The layout of the house worked out great, good size hang out area and kitchen with bedrooms upstairs. Toys in the garage were fun on a rainy day. The house itself needs some work and a fresh coat of paint. Had some leaking in the ceiling due to rain. There were no cleaning products or equipment in the home which is difficult for a longer term rental. Owner was aware of these issues and indicated there may be some repairs coming.
