"Breakers East 605 Gulf Front 2 BR/2 BA- Beach Setup Included!

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #605 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Breakers East on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Balcony overlooks pool, grilling area, dune walkover and the beach. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI.

Master bedroom - king size bed. Master bathroom has double vanity and walk in shower.
2nd bedroom-(2) Queen size beds, TV with cable/DVD/VCR.
Living room- TV, cable.
Kitchen - Large, well-equipped. Also, both Keurig and conventional coffee brewers.
Full size washer & dryer in the condo

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
