We’ve stayed on this property for the last two years. First time in this specific unit and with 360 Blue.
Great location. Magnificent views and a luxury feel are paramount here. Beach attendant could be more visible and attentive (not 360). Our water heater needed to be replaced during our stay and was completed promptly. I would have liked more “beach comforts” like beach toys to be available. We bought some and left behind for the next guests. There were also very few disposables like napkins or paper plates. Cable or satellite television would have been nice, we had to sign into our streaming accounts on the smart TVs in each room.

This is a beautiful place to stay . Convenient to many amenities .
Very nice beach setup with private beach. Roof top pool has breathtaking views . Pool light did not work after dark. Seemed like a safety hazard . This condo is right on final approach for planes landing at Destin executive . Some people may not like that as the planes look to be flying right into the condo . We loved it

On the beach! Incredible Views!
The condo was immaculate and the location was unbeatable. I would guess we were one of the first guests to stay there. When we arrived we did not have the code to get into the building and had to call. They have since updated that information. We did not have a welcome folder or any parking passes or wrist bands. We emailed 360 and they told us they would let the HOA know. We never heard back after that and did not receive anything. Would definitely stay here again.
