This location doesn't get much better, as the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps away and plenty of restaurants are nearby that offer local seafood and other menu delights. Enjoy shopping at the Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlet mall or head to a beach shop for souvenirs. This spacious beachfront townhome is newly remodeled, offering all the great home comfort and ease you need for some well-earned rest and relaxation, right on US Scenic 98. Boasting three spacious floors with a total of five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.
Starting with the lower level of the home, you will find a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, full fridge, and sink for whipping up tasty snacks or storing drinks to enjoy while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV. This floor is also home to two bedrooms including the bunk room for the kiddos, a full bathroom, and access to the lower deck to catch a glimpse of emerald waters or head out to the beach. Even the soaking tub has a Gulf view.
Head up to the mid-level and you will find the perfect place to entertain the whole gang! With six seats at the breakfast bar, two large sofas in the living room, and two dining tables, everyone will be able to gather for meals and movie nights with ease. Not to mention, the chef of the group will be in paradise with a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals a breeze. When it comes to starting the day on a tasty note, don't hesitate to enjoy sipping a cup of coffee on the private beachfront deck. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine with a view. This level also features another bunk room and bathroom.
For those that want to hit the hay early and get a bit of privacy, the upper level completes the layout with two more bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Not to mention, the private balcony off of the primary suite will spoil guests that are lucky enough to claim it!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
