Living Area: Cozy up with a glass of wine and your favorite novel in our comfortable seating area, designed for relaxation and offering a breathtaking coastline view.
Bar and Dining: Serve your favorite cocktails at our bar and enjoy them while taking in the scenic vistas from the seating area. Our dining table is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or delicious takeout from the many nearby restaurants.

Library: For the avid reader, our home offers a well-stocked library. Dust off that novel you've been wanting to read or discover a new favorite while enjoying the serene environment.

Other Things to Note:
• This condo has been cherished by our family for many years and is filled with our fond memories.
• While we love children, this home is not well suited for small children.
• We prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Two beach chairs and an umbrella will be provided seasonally (March-October) at no additional charge. Kindly note that beach service is only available on full days of your stay and is not provided on your check-in or check-out day.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.

Please Note: This unit does not have an open-air balcony. The original balcony has been enclosed and is now part of the main living area, offering additional indoor space and comfort. The balcony doors still open, allowing fresh air and views that overlook the city, but there is no exterior seating area.

To get you started, we provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and toiletries. For extended stays or if you run out, nearby stores offer easy restocking options.

We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!

We use a secure, keyless entry system with a unique code for each reservation—ensuring you’re the only one with access during your stay. No need to keep track of keys or worry about previous guests!

• This condo is NOT pet friendly.
• NO parties.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of occupants.
• Always observe quiet hours after 10PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• DO NOT have any doors or windows open while the AC is on to avoid HVAC damage.
