This was our first time staying here and it will be our go to spot from now on when we come to Destin!! From the secure parking to The easy beach access to the beautiful unit with the gorgeous view!! We had a fantastic week!! We saved money by buying food and cooking in our unit and literally swam the whole visit both in the ocean and in the pool! We loved it all! Will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed staying at this resort and condo. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and view was awesome! Check in was super easy. The best part is the convenient pool, beach access and daily beach service. It would be great if beach towels were supplied, a beach bag, or a styrofoam cooler, cheap yeti style cups. Those little things make a visit even more accommodating. All in all a great time, we really enjoyed it!

Condo was clean if a bit dated, in a GREAT location to restaurants and shopping. Gate access was easy and parking was plentiful. Pool was clean and clear although we did not use it during our stay. Beautiful beach view from the 4th floor and we used the balcony and furniture daily to take advantage. The included beach chairs and umbrella were an added plus we also used daily and were always set up and ready. We were close to a stairwell and used it for the most part, but elevator service was available if needed and wait was never long. Luggage carts and grocery carts were available at the lobby entrance for guest use. Beach was clean, white, sugar sand.

The overall stay was great, my family really enjoyed our vacation. The unit could have been cleaned better, the shower curtains had dirty soap stains from I'm going to guess from the previous occupants and couch didn't smell the best and the counter tops had something smeared as if they were half cleaned. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next vacation at this location.

Perfect

My mom and I planned a surprise summer vacation for my two kiddos. When we pulled into the parking lot. We were immediately pleased to be in a safe gated community. My kids loved the unit we stayed in. My mother loved the view and the open kitchen. She could cook and still be able to be a part of whatever was happening in the living room. I also loved the fact she could sit on the balcony and watch my soon to be 13yr old at the pool while I went to the beach with my 15yr old. Both kids loved it so much they asked if we could rent the same unit next year.

Reviewer Comments: Destin area was great sightseeing however, ithink the rental we were in could use upgrades. For the price ,the rental could use some upgrades. Ceiling fans could be used in the rooms, the bathrooms could use supgrades.
