The Palms 2311

The condo was very clean and offered all amenities we needed. Pools, clubhouse and restaurant were all 1st class. Owners responded immediatlely to our minor issue and continued to check to make sure we were pleased with the unit. Will visit again.

Excellent apartment for beach vacation

We had the best time! Everything was as described, the apartment was very clean and had all the appliances, kitchen accessories we needed. Amenities were amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone! We will definitely going back.

Overall great experience

The condo was clean and maintained really enjoyed our stay. The only real issue was lack of carts to unload and load your belongings. We had to make 4 trips to the garage and there were several others in the same situation.

Beautiful Resort

My family and I absolutely loved this resort. The room was excellent. We loved the payio view. Our kids had a blast at the pool. The on site restaurant was phenomenal. We loved all the drinks! I definitely enjoyed this experience!

Clean and good location

Very clean inside condo and around resort. Quiet and family friendly. Good location, only a few minutes to Henderson Beach where we always go whenever we go to Destin. Condo had a couple of beach chairs and sand toys to use. Pool was great. My kids really enjoyed it! Would stay here again. Just an fyi if you normally bring a wagon to take to the beach, it will come in handy because finding a cart to bring your things from your car to the room and back to your car is difficult. Nothing the owner or resort can help just people take them into their rooms to use later apparently. Wish we had remembered our wagon.

Ideal location and stay!

We had such a fantastic time! Perfect location near great restaurants (The Back Porch), water park, arcade and go kart place. It is also a few minutes from the beach - right across the street. You can shuttle over or drive. The pool was big and perfect for our 11-year-old kids and my husband and I enjoyed grabbing cocktails from the restaurant. The unit was very comfortable and clean! We slept like babies each night because the beds were so comfortable. The only thing that I would change is the master shower. The kids’ had the nicer shower. Overall, a wonderful stay!

PERFECT FAMILY FRIENDLY SPOT!

My husband and I stay here with our 3 year old, and this location was absolutely perfect! The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is about .5 miles from the beach. Angela made us feel welcome and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff was so helpful and amazing too! The entire pool/splash pad area was amazing and we went everyday after the beach. We only wish we booked our stay for longer! We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful home to stay in!

Joe and Laura have done an amazing job with the upkeep of this home (thank you both!!). Standards on cleanliness were high and choice of furniture to decorate the home was outstanding. They provided pretty much everything we were needing from starter packs for laundry and dishwasher, soap, shampoo, razor, towels, spare blankets, paper towels, kitchen utensils and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and more. All the beds were very comfortable. There are 3 tv’s in this unit. The check in/out process was also very easy to follow as they provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and departure. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and loved every minute of it. There is quick access to the pool, both heated and non heated, the beach is a short walk across the street (and you can drive there as well with plenty of free parking- beach chairs were available in the home for use), several great options for seafood and tons of ice cream shops for the kids to enjoy all within the area. The outlet mall is also a 10 minute drive away. If you do plan on staying in this beautiful condo, I’d suggest you bring your own beach towels or you could go to WalMart across the street and purchase them there. We hope to be back again and will definitely use Joe and Laura’s services in future.

A refreshing getaway!

What a wonderful and refreshing getaway, we were able to experience at this rental! Everything was pretty much just as the condo manager said it would be, the only differences that were important to us were that there were beach chairs available in the master closet, which was a pleasant surprise! A big bonus was the balcony furniture that was so comfortable and a small table for us to set our breakfast up on in the early mornings before our children woke up. The beautiful sunshine would hit the balcony around 8 AM and we would spend an hour or two enjoying the sunshine during our slow start to the morning. There was plenty of room for our family of four children and two adults. The only suggestion I would make is for there to be kid friendly plates available to use, of course we brought paper plates, but a kid friendly option for dinnerware would have been great! The condo was very clean, and we really appreciated that there was a broom and vacuum available for us to use regularly; some rental properties don’t even leave you that! The resort facility was beautiful, very well taken care of, and even though the kiddie pool and splash pad were not up and running (probably very typical for February!), and the lagoon was quite chilly as they had just filled it, we thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the large, hot tub! We ventured to the beach, of course, which is always fantastic in Destin! The shuttle service was great. We would love to return in the future!

Great location!

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We decided to use a chair rental service and have chairs set up on the beach. This condo is directly across the street from The Back Porch restaurant. We set our chairs there and had lunch. It’s easy access to all the best restaurants in Destin. Check in was super easy. There’s a restaurant and bar on property. The pool is beautiful here also. I would definitely book this rental again.

What a great condo

Great location

Loved the pools and restaurant/ bar downstairs. And that it was close to the beach. The shuttle was nice to use. Liked Henderson Beach which was just down the road. Would recommend! No issues with our stay.

Family Fun

We had a great time during our stay. The pool was a great place for the kids to unwind while mom and dad enjoyed the live music at pool side. We will definitely reach out for our next stay in Destin. The home was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5.
