Relax with the whole family in this spacious and luxury property, equipped with every comfort (large swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, home automation, Wi-Fi, etc.). Just a stone’s throw from the lake (100 metres) and a spectacular bay where the new lido is situated, and from where the beautiful promenade begins, running along the entire Dervio peninsula for over 3 km. You can enjoy a dream holiday in complete relaxation, surrounded by nature and the lake. You’ll have access to a large garden with a swimming pool where you can soak up the sun and the breeze from the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can get around on foot or by bike, free from the stress of constantly having to drive to reach the town centre (just a few hundred metres away), where you’ll find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, the railway station and the boat landing stage. An ideal base for accessing the numerous hiking trails along the lake or in the surrounding mountains and for visiting the central lake area (Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio) with its historic villas and breathtaking scenery.
