Upstairs in the cozy loft, you'll find a luxurious King bed, ample storage, and a dedicated desk space for work or relaxation. This is the ultimate home base for exploring Denver, with every convenience right at your doorstep!

The first floor is defined by a striking oversized garage door that floods the entire space with natural light while fogged panes ensure your privacy.

Dine & Cook: The dining area sits behind the couch with a table that comfortably seats four, complemented by two additional stools at the kitchen counter. Moving further in, the updated, fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. It features a full-size glass-top range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, complete with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar.

It’s nice

Only two issues…1) bathroom is down stairs which makes the midnight vigil to the bathroom a bit annoying. 2) there were some loud and vulgar teens one night arguing and fighting outside the property. (Not the fault of the owner…but somewhat disconcerting). Try the bakery next door as well as the coffee/wine shop and bbq restaurant all within a 30 second walk.
