Unlike many listings in the area, this isn't a townhouse or condo. It's a guest suite with an entirely separate entrance and is completely private. You'll have more space (>1300 sq ft) with your own front door, an outdoor seating area, and a spacious kitchen and living room.

The house has an open floorplan with a living room/TV/Fireplace area and an adjoining kitchen. The large couch in the living room is extra cozy and can sleep one person.

Further back, the kitchen is fully stocked and prepped for any cooking you want to do. This space also includes a washer and dryer.

There is free street parking, but please read parking signs.

You'll have complete access to the lower unit.

Walking distance to City Park, the Golf Course, the Zoo, and the Hip RiNo district. Walking and biking distance to nearby neighborhood hot spots and local light rail station. Also, plenty of electric scooters (Lyft, Bird, Lime) and electric bikes are usually dispersed throughout the neighborhood. Easily download the app on your phone to find your closest ride. The unit is close to I-70, the main interstate that takes you to and from the airport and up into the beautiful mountains.
