The property does not look like it does online. It is very run down and unkept. Its mostly used for residential suites for families. The door to our room had to be basically forced open everytime we opened it. It looked like maybe the door had been kicked in a few times over the years very ghetto. They didn't have any air-conditioning and when asked about it they said the boilers had been turned on and all they had was heat. We took eveything with us each time we left the room. The area was sketchy.
Moldy petrified burrito in my microwave oven.. Informed staff, still there next day.. I complained, they comped $25.. Whooptidoo. Not much considering the stiff $75 they charged per night.. Their TV sets are circa 97', room heat/ac is loud, location is practically on the freeway.
The hotel is quiet, clean and a great value for the price. The hotel staff is friendly and provided great customer service. I would recommend this hotel to a friend
Stayed here with my girlfriend after a concert. Everything was great. I've stayed here before and always love the home made donuts in the morning. Good deal.
The last time I stayed at a motel, I wasnt comfortable and this time I stayed at Affortable Inn, I was very comfortable and happy with my stay there. The staffs were also very friendly. Thank you!
Good value. multiple days. Enjoyable stay until the last day. All the staff was great except one short dark haired housekeeper was very rude and impatient with A SIMPLE explanation. Very rude. Should be relieved of any contact with the guests. I won't stay again because of it
Other than the traffic noize from the highway close by, this hotel has everything you would want when travelling. The room was clean and comfortable and featured a small fridge and microwave. There's a grassy picnic area with grills. Be sure to check with the hotel first if you want to bring your small dog along as they only have one pet friendly room.
I stayed in a small, clean recently renovated room with a comfortable king bed. The hotel only has one pet friendly room so if you're bringing your small dog, be sure to check if that room is available before booking. I liked that there's a small fridge and microwave in the rooms so you can eat some decent food of your own choosing. The downside to this place as you see in many of the other reviews is that It's right next to I-70 and there isn't a sound wall between you and the highway. It can be rather noisy. There's a small, grassy picnic area with a table and outdoor grills on the west end of the building. I have no complaints about this place other than the traffic noise.
Good value and a convenient location for what we needed. Some people may want earplugs--I-70 is just across the street. Rooms and shower were small, but adequate, Only donuts coffee and juice for breakfast. Fridge and microwave were appreciated.
For price the stay was what we expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was a great location to easily get on the highway. They front desk staff was polite but not overly helpful.

I go exactly what I wanted - a cheap, affordable no thrills hotel, right off the freeway. Good staff, rooms were clean enough. Had the pool and fridge and microwave I wanted - nothing extra necessary.
The staff was very friendly and we were impressed that the free breakfast included a made to order omelet station. There was quite a bit of noise from the highway since our room was on that side, but otherwise comfortable.
The outside appearance of the hotel is very nice, but the location is not. Even though my room was in the back part of the hotel, the highway noise is very loud. Did not find the bed to be comfortable.
We found it a little hard to find at first, it is right by I70. So if you don't mind the noise it didn't bother us. The room was clean, the staff was nice. We did not use the pool but it looked taken care of. The room was small, but we were only there to sleep and shower. :) The shower was a little small too but other than that it was worth our money and worked out for our trip. We would go back.
At check-in, we requested a ground floor, was told they were all booked. Until that is, we told them we had a small pet. Only then and immediately, were we assigned a ground floor. The past several stays, Internet service although secured, was never available. No one could assist with getting past password section. This is not a 4-star motel, 3 - star at best. Very average!
This was a clean hotel and the staff was nice. If you're a light sleeper this isn't for you. Its right next to the highway and the traffic is constant. Also states that breakfast is available. They had mini donuts, coffee and packets of oatmeal.
I recently booked a room at this Wheat Ridge, Co. hotel through [...]. There is no place at [...]to request a ground floor room so I emailed the hotel directly with this request. I recieved a call from the hotel the day before saying she was trying to coordinate my email request with my [...]booking. Nothing was mentioned at that time there would be an additional charge for a room in the back. At check in I was told it would be an additional $11 per night for a room away from the highway. I paid in cash. The room we were given was towards the back but you could still hear the roar of the highway all night long. The delux room was horrible! The back of the door was all scratched, the weather stripping on the bottom of the door was hanging off. The air vent by the place where you hand your clothes and the vent in the bathroom were both full of dirt and dust! We were very disappointed in the condition of the room and certainly is nothing like what is shown on your website. We disliked the room so much, we checked out a day early and are out $75. Plus I don't feel as though I should have been charged the extra $11 per night for that room. There were also guests playing music very loudly until 11:30 and the quiet hours was not enforced by the hotel. I will never stay in an Affordable inn again and will tell all family and friends never stay in one either.
