Very pleasant place to stay. Very close to fry street and downtown Denton. Only issue was th neighbors got into a yelling match in the front yard

Perfect little studio apartment for a quick weekend stay in town with easy walking access to Fry St and the Square. The apartment was clean and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Will definitely come back.

Property looked like trash from the outside. Host never sent access code and when i messaged them at the property door they cancelled the “stay” then replied something about repairs needed. I had to drive another hour to find a place to stay for the night.
