spacious villa

Booked a one bedroom villa and was upgraded to a huge spacious four bedroom villa (the other three bedrooms were locked during our stay but would have plenty of room for a larger family or a bigger group travelling together, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom.). The villas are tucked down an alley and about a ten minute walk to the main street and beach. The villa itself was clean with good a/c but showing signs of age. Large older style kitchen, we didnt cook during our stay so couldnt say how functional it was.Bathroom was spacious with bath and handheld shower, as well as private outdoor shower, but also showing wear and tear. Kadek managed the housekeeping for our villa and could arrange anything you need, including our washing. Pool was a good size and cleaned daily, . We did have one incident while staying that could have had serious consequences. It was dealt with by reception but i was disappointed that the manager/owner did not contact us at all

This accommodation was overbooked upon arrival and I was upgraded to neighboring accommodation Bali Emerald Villas. They dealt with this nicely and I was happy with the upgrade. However, because of this I cannot review the Bali Golden Villas. I do have to say that I tried to communicate through my Expedia page prior to my arrival with the Bali Golden Villas and I have never gotten a reply to this message.
