This charming villa located in the Marquesa area (Denia) has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

It features a spacious garden (fully fenced) and a large swimming pool, as well as all types of outdoor furniture for your use and enjoyment.

The villa is decorated with great personality, and upon entering, you'll find the living/dining room with a fireplace, as well as a glazed porch ideal for dining in the sun during winter months.
