This cosy Attic of 80 m² has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people.The urbanisation where it is located is very well-maintained and tidy. It has a swimming pool and a large lawn area where you can enjoy the peaceful summer days.Upon entering the accommodation, the kitchen is on the left-hand side. It is spacious and bright, and is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.The house has TV, WiFi, central air conditioning and central heat pump. The tastefully decorated living/dining room leads to a lovely terrace where you can dine and eat while enjoying the outdoors. There are two large awnings.The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is en suite. It has two 90 cm beds together and a bathroom with a bathtub.The accommodation has a garage in the same building.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Prima verblijf

Zijn hier geweest van 28-12-2024 t/m 11-1-2025. Fijn huis met garage, contact was ook goed. Helaas deed de wasmachine niet wat die moest doen. Maar in Denia zat dichtbij een wasserette. Dichtbij de Lidil en Mercadona.
