Modern fully equipped apartment with WIFI Large double terraced (back and front )First floor ,easy stairs (no lift ).One Double bed in first bedroom .Two single beds in second bedroom .Both bedrooms A/Con(hot and cold ) with ceiling fans as well .There is a folding bed for 5th person in the separate dining room Supplement for 5th person over 14 .International tv for most countries .Beautiful gardens and swimming pool ,with children's section .There are only 20 apartments in our complex ,so its quite private .Modern supermarket close by ,and 5 minutes to safe sandy beach ,Usual bars and restaurants close by ,
Fully equipped for summer and winter use .In private gated community The owners service and clean the apartment ,to make sure it is up to top standards .And we are on hand should you require any thing ,or have any questions .We want you to enjoy your time in Denia

Schöne Wohnung mit Pool in Strandnähe

Super schöne Wohnung in einer kleinen Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz, und auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
