Las instalaciones generales estan en perfecto estado de uso y conservacion. El ambiente del entorno es calmado y tranquilo. La ubicacion es ideal para tener la playa a escasos metros de la estancia. La vivienda no tiene ningun tipo de cualidad ostentosa. es una vivienda que cumple con su cometido, eso si los colchones ya lo han dado todo. por lo demas instalaciones, elementos comunes y electrodomesticos en perfecto estado de conservacion y bastante nuevos. En fin un lugar acogedor para pasar una escapada o unos dias de vacaciones.
