Villa Efaistos is located on the slopes of Montgó, surrounded by nature and 5 km from the sandy beach with shallow waters "Marineta Casiana"At 9km. we find Las Rotas, a protected natural area, perfect for diving or enjoying its many crystal clear water coves.The villa, with a simple and rustic decoration, has a kitchen open to the living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and going up to a loft we access the double bedroom.The villa has a private pool, outdoor shower, large terrace with Mediterranean garden and built-in barbecue.Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Dénia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to walk and enjoy its views of the sea and its imposing castle.
