Nice Bungalow located in the area of Las Marinas, about 4 km from the center of Dénia and 500m from the sandy beach.

It is within the Palmar complex, with very nice community areas.

Duplex bungalow, with a small private garden and an area with a covered and glazed terrace. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with the American kitchen, 1 shower. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and another shower room.

Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for walks along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its many restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, whether in the typical fishermen's quarter, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. It is an ideal place for long walks on the beach, in the port or towards the Castle and typical fishing district. It has a complete commercial offer to go shopping.
