Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with WC, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 2.9 km, railway station 2.9 km, ferry 4.7 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 2 km (small).
