My top 4 C's: Clean, Cozy, Cute, Convenient. Easy to find and it is not too far from other cities you may want to explore. The hosts pay close attention to detail, as the decor is so pretty, yet not too overwhelming. Love the thrown on the couch giving that cozy feel. The doorstopper on the front door was helpful for bringing things in and out. I'm also a cleaning freak because I travel for work often, and I stay in tons of places. I did NOT have to pull out my disinfectant wipes for this one. I usually check dishes for dust, food stains, rust, finger prints, the bed for hairs and stains, toilet, towels, etc., yet everything was spotless.

Piedmont Parents — this is the perfect place for your visit!Located right off campus and within walking distance of the athletic facilities, it was the ideal spot for our time in Demorest watching our daughter and the Lions play softball.The space was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it had all the amenities you need for a simple stay that's far better than a hotel. Parking was convenient, and the entire area felt safe and welcoming.We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it’s clear the owners take great care in keeping the space clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well each night. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This is a very clean and comfy place to stay in a very nice location. It has everything you need with nice beds, cute kitchen area, spot by the window to enjoy meals and comfy sofa for watching TV. I cannot think of anything that could make it better. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

Perfect property and they thought of everything!

Super clean and well appointed property in perfect location! From the moment we walked in we felt the comforts of home. The owners have thought of all the amenities one might need and provided them. We needed scissors and found a pair in the kitchen drawer! I loved the coziness and appreciated the throw blankets for comfort and cozy atmosphere while watching tv. We love this place and can’t wait to return!

WOW! What an excellent place to stay! The Downtown Bungalow is the best place I’ve ever stayed, including high dollar hotels! The decor is beautiful, the place was spotless, parking right at the door, the bed was oh so comfortable, towels and linens weren’t cheap and thin. Every convenience was provided. I had one tiny issue, left them a voicemail and Michele and Matt were there within a very short few minutes, not even 5 minutes. And they are the nicest couple you’ll ever meet! I have family in Demorest and I hope one of their rentals will be available every time I visit. Thank you, Michele and Matt, for a wonderful stay! I will definitely be back!!
