I would not recommend this poorly maintained 1955-built property. Check-in was extremely problematic: despite repeated requests from Vrbo and me, neither the property manager nor the homeowner provided access instructions until roughly three hours before check-in, after Vrbo warned the reservation could be canceled due to fraud concerns.Although advertised for seven guests, the house was inadequately supplied: only two towels per room, no pool towels, ill-fitting sheets, missing hand towels and bath mats, no cleaning supplies, and used tissues left in bedroom drawers. The sofa was dirty with dog hair and stains. Kitchen drawers were broken, old coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker, and the floors left our feet black. Dishwasher was broken, outlets didn’t work last 2 days of trip.The pool and patio area were unsafe and unclean, with broken or missing bricks, cigarette butts, trash, a damaged driveway, and no usable lounge chairs. The listing is misleading—the third “bedroom” is a poorly constructed pool house with no WiFi or working HVAC. At best, the property sleeps three people. Beach (1 mile away), seedy location - Thrift stores, goodwill, psychic readings, check cash, etc. Wouldn’t walk at night here.Photos and videos available upon request.
