THE LOCATION - Just north of the heart of Delray Beach's famed Atlantic Avenue, Paradise Palms house is perfectly located for your tropical vacation.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB: The beautiful new heated pool, sun shelf, and pool deck is ready! The spacious pool deck is surrounded by swaying palm trees and features 6 inviting lounge chairs, a cozy fire pit next to the pool, and the privacy you'd expect. There is also a hot tub available for you to enjoy. Paradise Palms is the perfect setting for your upcoming Florida vacation!

CLEANING - We take cleaning very seriously at the Paradise Palms House. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized (up to the CDC guidelines) and inspected before each stay to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

FREE TRANSPORTATION to Atlantic Ave or the Beach - Golf Cart to Atlantic Avenue and the Beach - It's free. The Paradise Palms House is located in the Delray FREEBEE service area. The FREEBEE is Delray Beach’s "point-to-point" transportation service that uses all electric vehicles and provides passengers with a fun and eco-friendly way around downtown.

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY – Paradise Palms offers high-speed Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), ensuring that whether you need to handle a little business while on vacation, indulge in streaming shows or movies, or share a few social media posts, The Paradise Palms House has all your internet needs taken care of.

Details regarding all bedding and linens: • Beds feature high-quality (800 count) cotton sheets and pillowcases in white. • Each king bed is set with 4 pillows and white blankets. • All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton. • Pool/Beach towels (green – not white) are provided to guests and are located in the linen closet between the dining area and the guest bathroom.

General Areas –
The Dining Room - Located adjacent to the living area, the dining room also has direct access to the screened outdoor area, and pool deck. Its 90" oval table can seat up to 8 guests. There is also a four-top table on the screened porch for breakfast, intimate dinners or a game of cards or games.

The Living Room - In the well-lit and roomy living area, you'll find a generously sized sectional sofa, accompanied by an accent chair, four small poofs and a 75” Roku Smart TV.

The Kitchen - Chef's will enjoy our completely renovated kitchen, fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking and hosting your guests in style. From cookware to glassware (for water, wine, martinis, and champagne), dinnerware, outdoor plasticware for the pool deck, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee makers, electric tea kettle, toaster and a blender – we've got you covered. Create meals and celebrate quality moments effortlessly. Additionally, basic cleaning supplies are provided to ensure your convenience.

The Game Area - Get ready for game time! This area near the kitchen and dining room features a game table with foosball, along with a selection of games and cards. Outdoor games include corn hole and ping pong.

What else can you expect at Paradise Palms House?

Supplies provided - You’re on vacation… the last thing that you need to do is worry about the basics. To get you started, we will provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in all bathrooms.

The Laundry Room - Feel free to use our washer and dryer located just off the kitchen, in a separate, enclosed space.

BBQ Grill - The grill is powered by propane. We have a backup tank if needed. PLEASE NOTE – Be sure to clean the grill if you use it to avoid the $150 Grill cleaning fee.
Landscape Maintenance – Professional landscaping service is provided once a week usually on Wednesday or Thursday morning. So, please don't be alarmed if you briefly see the team that takes care of this on-site. They are efficient professionals and will only be there for about 20-30 minutes.

Trash and Recycle Services - The City of Delray picks up trash (large grey/black bin with wheels) in front of the house every Monday and Thursday morning. They offer recycle pick up every Thursday morning along with trash service (Yellow and blue tubs). Simply place your trash and recycling in these bins, and we'll move them to the street for collection on the designated days. Relax and enjoy your vacation; we've got it covered!

Parties & Events - The Paradise Palms House is situated in a residential neighborhood where local ordinances prohibit excessively loud music or noise. As a policy, we do not permit parties, receptions, or events. However, small gatherings like birthdays or bachelorette parties are allowed but only for the guests staying at the house (up to 8 people) provided there is no excessive noise.

Parking – If you are bringing a car(s), our side parking area provides ample parking for three cars.
